The units are well-organised, tastefully decorated. The hotel is set in a great and perfect location short walk to the main plaza and great food, drink nearby and almost anywhere in the city of Antigua Guatemala.

What a great find! Great location, friendly staff and free wifi in the rooms. Not every day you get to have breakfast on the roof top with awesome views and a smoking mounting in the back. Look no further.

The suite had a hot tub for 2, spacious and perfect for relaxation. It included an AC, tv, safe, free toiletries, and cleaning products. Daily maid service was available. Water bottles delivered to the room. Spa facilities like manicures and relaxation areas were great. Amazing!

We spent three nights at Casa Bella. One night upon arrival and our last two before leaving Guatemala. The hotel arranged for a car to pick us up and return us to the airport, thus avoiding spending a night in Guatemala City. Our room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent either in a cute courtyard space or up on the roof! I recommend!

All the staff were really helpful but espeically Angelica on reception she was so welcoming with a warm smile and extremely helpful nature - we would definately return again and recommend this small but friendly hotel to anyone.

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly. The location was great, 2 blocks from the Parque Central. Breakfast was good... Eating it on the rooftop terrace with the view of the Agua Volvano was wonderful.
Some of the rooms have no windows!! Our room was very noisy (some water pump motor kept coming on every 45min all through the night.It was very noisy and very unpleasant!
